Penelope Hobhouse & Helen Dillon
About two months ago a dear friend of mine - Liz Cowap, who has since passed away, gave me a present of four pocket sized gardening books. These books (The Know-How Gardening Books) were written by Penelope Hobhouse - a well known English garden designer. This lady has written many bestselling gardening books. Another important woman in the gardening world is Helen Dillon who lives in Dublin, Ireland. She has written several books on gardening & plant use. Her website is very informative for both the gardener and the non-gardener:
