The leaves are falling...
The leaves have been falling off deciduous trees for the past week now; trees such as sycamore, acer & horse chestnut have been especially noticeable in loosing their leaves. If you have pyracantha growing up the side of a high wall in your garden you may have noticed that this climbing plant has been forming seed heads over the past three to four weeks. Most pyracantas are now fully covered in seed heads which are either orange-yellow or orange-red in colour.
